Aurora Sunrise is the first and only born daughter to Princess Celestia and King Sombra. They had an affair when she was born, but they eventually split up when she was still a foal. Her mother is very loving and protective of her. She doesn't like being called a princess though, on account of she's a half-tomboy, so she is usually found playing with some colts in the playground at school.
